Terms & Conditions
To assist all doomo users to understand doomo’s program’s services, benefits and rewards, the following Terms and Conditions have been prepared as reference.
When you use doomo, You are trusting Us, PT PAM DIGITAL TEKNOLOGI (“doomo” or “We” or “Us”), with Your money and information. It is important for Us to maintain Your trust. This “Terms and Conditions” document is valid for all doomo users who have registered and submitted the individual’s data (such as full name, phone number, email, etc) via the doomo app. These terms are applicable to all users who access and/or use a part or all of the services available in doomo, and electronic money/wallet issues by Us together with its related services, which is provided through doomo app or any other authorized platform partners through which a part of all of doomo features can be accessed (“Authorized Platform Partner”), and to each person who provide information to Us or to Authorized Platform Partner in relation to an or all doomo services. “doomo” may change the rules, conditions, benefits or rewards pertaining to the app and program at any time without notice.
1. Account Registration
a. You can automatically create a doomo account by signing up for a doomo account. You will need to provide valid, accurate, and up-to-date information about yourself when creating a doomo account.
b. You understand that your login information details, including your doomo app login details, are confidential and therefore you will not disclose your login information details to any third party, including your secret password and/or verification code in the form of a One Time Password (OTP) that may be sent via Short Messaging Service (SMS) to your registered phone number whenever there is an attempt to log in to your account. The secret password and/or verification code (including OTP) will only be requested officially through and will only be sent by you to your doomo app. We or our staff will never ask for your secret password and/or verification code in any form (including OTP) in any way. You agree to bear all risks associated with disclosing your information to Us and/or any third party and to be fully responsible for any consequences related thereto. Any verified OTP sent from your account when logging in to the doomo app or other Official Platform Partners will be deemed to be accurate and as an official login.
c. doomo account registration can only be carried out by yourself as a legal entity. You represent and warrant that your doomo account registration is being carried out by you for your own benefit, not for the benefit of any other party, including any legal entity and/or business entity. We have the right to refuse any doomo account registration that you do for the benefit of any party other than yourself, including any legal entity and/or business entity.
d. Any data you provide to Us for account registration is your own data. Any registration from that account will be considered a valid registration from that account.
e. We can provide you with a service to access your doomo account through Official Platform Partners. If you intend to access your doomo account through an Official Platform Partner, you may be asked to provide a verification code from the app as proof of ownership of your doomo account. By providing the verification code, you are considered to have consented to our actions in sharing the necessary information with the Official Platform Partner so that you can access your doomo account through the Official Platform Partner.
2. Personal Information
a. You agree that the collection, use, and disclosure of the data you submit to Us, including through the doomo app and/or Official Platform Partners, and the data We collect in connection with providing Our services to you, including but not limited to your personal information, will be subject to the privacy policy applicable within the doomo app (https://www.doomo.id/kebijakan-privasi/) (“Our Privacy Policy”).
b. You acknowledge that when you register for a doomo account, access and/or use doomo features through the doomo app and/or Official Platform Partners, you are disclosing your personal data and information to Us, Our affiliates, doomo, and/or the relevant Official Platform Partners. You also agree that there will be disclosure of your personal information or data between doomo and these parties to support Our services to you. You understand that sharing this data is necessary to support and improve your experience using doomo features, and you hereby consent to such data sharing. You further acknowledge that the privacy policies of the Official Platform Partners may apply in connection with the collection, use, and disclosure of your data through those Official Platform Partners. We encourage you to read and review all relevant privacy policies.
c. You agree that the collection, use, and disclosure of the data you submit to Us, including through the doomo app and/or Official Platform Partners, and the data We collect in connection with providing Our services to you, including but not limited to your personal information, will be subject to the privacy policy applicable within the doomo app
d. Submitting documents or information to Us, including but not limited to documents or information provided during registration or when leaving comments on Our services on the review page, constitutes your consent for Us to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
e. “doomo” has the right to request additional information from you, beyond what is mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, to enable them to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to comply with their requests, in any form at their discretion and at your own expense, for any further information they reasonably require to enable them to comply with AML obligations. Deviating from other provisions under these Terms and Conditions, any additional information you provide at their request will be considered information fully provided by you, and they are not responsible for its accuracy. All information you provide must be current and accurate.
We will not disclose your personal information to any irrelevant third party, except as permitted under these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and/or by law. This includes, but is not limited to, disclosing your personal information to law enforcement agencies when required by law.
3. Agreement
a. You represent and warrant that you are a legally authorized individual under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to enter into agreements, specifically bound by these Terms, to use doomo and all its features. You further confirm that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years old with a valid ID, or married and not under legal guardianship.
b. You waive any legal right to cancel or revoke any and all agreements you have made based on these Terms once you are considered an adult under the law.
4. Top-up
a. You can top up your doomo account balance through the channels We and/or Our partners provide, including certain banks or other third-party channels We inform you about. These services may incur fees, which may vary depending on the chosen channel.
b. You understand that top-ups made through Official Platform Partners or other third-party channels may experience system and/or network issues from time to time, due to problems on the partner’s or third-party’s side. We are not responsible for such disruptions.
c. We may set a minimum withdrawal amount that you can authorize for each withdrawal. We will inform you from time to time of the applicable minimum withdrawal amount.
d. We are not responsible for any problems and/or losses arising from top-ups and/or withdrawals due to the failure of the Official Platform Partner’s system or other third-party systems. However, if we receive a complaint from you about such a problem, we may, at our sole discretion, forward your complaint to the Official Platform Partner or to the third party for further action.
e. Your doomo balance will only be used to fulfill obligations to you and merchants. Your doomo balance will not be used to fund activities that are not our obligations to you and merchants.
5. Balance and Transaction Limits
a. Your unverified account is limited to a doomo account balance of: (a) Rp. 2,000,000.- (two million Rupiah); or (b) any other smaller amount as determined by Us.
b. Your doomo account’s monthly incoming transactions cannot exceed Rp. 20,000,000.- (twenty million Rupiah) per calendar month.
c. If your doomo account balance or monthly transactions exceed the aforementioned limits, We reserve the right to conduct verification before taking further action, including but not limited to not executing your submitted transaction instructions.
d. We need you to understand that we are not a bank. Your doomo account balance is not savings in the legal sense of banking, is not subject to protection programs by the Deposit Insurance Corporation, and is not entitled to any features that are generally attached to a bank account (such as interest, etc.).
6. Usage
a. You can access your doomo account through the doomo app and/or through Official Platform Partners. If you access your doomo account through an Official Platform Partner, you must read the terms and conditions of the respective Official Platform Partner and ensure the security and reliability of the Official Platform Partner’s system. You acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for the security and reliability of the Official Platform Partner’s system.
b. Your doomo balance can be used in its entirety until it reaches zero, subject to these Terms.
c. The methods of use and/or payment may change and/or be added from time to time, as we inform you. Such changes and/or additions may require you to update your doomo application and/or the application of the Official Platform Partner.
d. Your doomo account balance will be automatically deducted by the amount you enter or confirm for the relevant payment, as long as your doomo account balance is sufficient. If your doomo account balance is insufficient for the relevant payment, We may refuse to process your payment.
e. Transactions that you have confirmed and We have processed cannot be canceled. We have the sole right to review and decide on cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
f. If you request a refund, then the refund claim can be submitted directly to the relevant merchant or to the Official Platform Partner. In addition, you can submit a refund claim to Us no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date by providing sufficient supporting evidence. In such case, We will process the refund based on the results of Our review of the claim.
g. You understand that We are a payment system service provider. Doomo does not have control over or bear responsibility or legality for the goods or services paid for with Our services. Any complaints and/or claims related to goods and/or services provided by Official Platform Partners or other third parties must be submitted directly to the relevant third party or Official Platform Partner.
h. You understand that the use of your doomo account and/or doomo services is your personal responsibility. Do not give access or allow others to access your doomo account. You agree that any transaction order made through your doomo account from the doomo application or any Official Platform Partner will be considered to have been authorized by you and therefore is a transaction order from you. We cannot and will not be held responsible for any losses or claims arising from your use of the doomo account and/or doomo services in violation of these Terms.
7. Authentication
a. As part of Our efforts to maintain the security of your doomo account, you need to register a six-digit sequence of numbers as a Personal Identification Number (PIN) code for doomo account authentication.
b. Your PIN will be required for payments and/or the use of certain features that We determine.
c. You are obliged to keep your PIN confidential. Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your PIN confidential are your sole responsibility. Any verified PIN submission from your account will be considered a valid transaction and/or activity.
d. To reset your PIN or other applicable authentication method, you will need to verify by entering a One Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS to your registered phone number, on the doomo app or through an Official Platform Partner. We and Our Staff will never ask for this OTP. You agree to bear all risks associated with disclosing this OTP to any third party and to be fully responsible for any consequences arising from such disclosure.
e. We may provide other authentication methods, including but not limited to fingerprint authorization and/or facial recognition as enabled by your device. You must follow the enrollment flow for the relevant recognizable factors (such as fingerprint for fingerprint authentication and/or real-time facial image for facial recognition) as determined by Us, if you wish to activate such authentication methods. These authentication methods may require a PIN before activation.
f. Recognizable authentication factors can be stored and verified by Us or by a third party (such as your device, with your consent). Any claims related to the storage and/or verification of recognizable factors by a third party (such as your device) are not Our responsibility. However, We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any risks that We can identify, which may arise from the activation and/or use of recognizable authentication factors.
g. If you access your doomo account through an Official Platform Partner, then the Official Platform Partner may create its own authentication method. We are not responsible for the authentication methods of such Official Platform Partners.
8. Promotion
a. We may offer promotional benefits and/or incentives for using doomo in which case these doomo Terms of Use and any special terms and conditions related to each relevant promotion and/or incentive will apply to such promotional benefit and/or incentive offerings.
b. We will provide the specific terms and conditions related to each promotional program and/or incentive through publicly accessible media.
c. You have the right to determine the terms and conditions applicable to each promotional program and/or incentive and to determine the eligibility of each user and/or partner to participate in each promotional program and/or incentive.
d. We reserve the right to change and/or terminate promotional programs and/or incentives at any time, as well as to withhold, cancel and/or withdraw promotional benefits and/or incentives, including in the event that the granting of promotional benefits and/or incentives cannot be carried out due to restrictions based on applicable regulations, there are transaction cancellations, there are acts of abuse, fraud, and/or other suspicious activities.
9. Account Blocking
a. Upon your request, we will block your doomo account and your use of doomo services. In addition, if in our judgment there are matters that are detrimental and/or could be detrimental to us or you or other third parties, we will also carry out such blocking. However, we provide a complaint submission channel for you to stop the blocking.
b. Account blocking may occur due to, but not limited to, the following events:
i. Your report that your mobile phone has been lost or stolen or hacked;
ii. Blocking orders issued by government or monetary institutions or based on court orders;
iii. Using your doomo account and/or doomo services in a way that violates these Terms, the doomo application terms of use, other terms and conditions applicable to other features or services within the doomo application, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to fraud, use of forged documents;
iv. Other reasons that could harm you or us, including cheating and fraudulent actions; or
v. When our system detects suspicious financial transaction patterns.
c. If your doomo account is blocked and you have strong evidence that nothing suspicious has happened, you can file a complaint in accordance with these Terms. After reviewing your complaint, we may decide to end or continue the blocking of your doomo account. The blocking will not be continued unreasonably if we decide that the things that caused the blocking have ended.
d. At any time, we have the full discretion to temporarily or permanently disable your access to your doomo account on any Official Platform Partner and/or to any or all doomo features and services on any Official Platform Partner.
10. Account Closing
a. Your doomo account may be closed for the following reasons:
i. At your request;
ii. Our policies based on applicable laws and regulations;
iii. Force majeure occurs for 3 (three) consecutive months or more; and/or
iv. Other reasons related to account blocking.
b. We will refund the remaining balance of your doomo account through a method determined by us, after deducting any applicable fees (including but not limited to the minimum transfer amount and interbank transfer fees based on the policies of the respective banks), including if, in our discretion, it is necessary to withhold a certain portion of your doomo balance, such as due to a reasonable belief that such portion is related to or caused by fraud, misuse, and/or other illegal acts.
c. Your doomo account may be automatically terminated or temporarily deactivated when you terminate or deactivate your doomo account.
11. Inactive Account
Your doomo account will be considered inactive (“Inactive Account”) if there are no transactions for 365 (three hundred sixty-five) consecutive calendar days. For the purposes of these Terms, “transaction” means the completion of a transaction for any service on the doomo application and/or a debit or credit transaction from your doomo account, as instructed by you. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend and/or restrict certain doomo services on and/or your access to Inactive Accounts, and/or permanently close Inactive Accounts if there are no outstanding obligations between you and us.
12. Rejection of Transaction
We may decline transactions made by you if our system detects suspicious transaction patterns, if you violate any or all of these Terms and/or violate applicable laws and regulations.
13. Fees
In connection with the use of your doomo account and/or doomo services on the doomo application or at Official Platform Partners, you may be charged fees, including but not limited to top-up fees, and/or transaction fees for transactions conducted through Official Platform Partners, third parties, as may be determined by us, Official Platform Partners and/or such other third parties involved, or fees for reactivating a doomo account that has been deactivated. The amount of fees charged by doomo may vary and will be informed to you from time to time.
14. Your Responsibilities and Obligations
In addition to your responsibilities set forth in other sections of these Terms, you are responsible for:
a. The security and ownership of the mobile phone or other device you use to access your doomo account, including taking reasonable precautions and providing adequate storage resources to prevent failures or disruptions to any doomo service process caused by malfunctions of your mobile phone or other device;
b. The security and validity of your mobile phone number that you register to access your doomo account, and therefore we are not responsible for any claims arising if the mobile phone number you register is taken over by another party, becomes inactive based on the telecommunications company’s policy and/or becomes abandoned;
c. The confidentiality of the OTP sent to you, the PIN code set by you and/or any other verification code that should only be known to you;
d. Any transactions through your doomo account. You must be careful when using your doomo account and/or doomo services, including but not limited to when selecting the transaction menu, payment destination, entering the payment amount, and so on. You will ensure that you will only follow the transaction instructions issued by doomo in accordance with the transactions you have approved; and Any losses, claims, demands and/or costs that arise, including from third parties to us, that arise from a breach of these Terms, your negligence in using your doomo account, doomo services, doomo features in the doomo application and/or any Official Platform Partner, including but not limited to those caused by carelessness, negligence or misuse of your doomo account and/or doomo services by you or another party using your doomo account.
15. Our Responsibilities
a. We are not responsible for indirect and intangible losses, including costs, interest, damages or losses in any form or type whatsoever (including personal injury, emotional distress and loss of data, goods, income, profit, use or other economic benefits) that you or a third party may experience.
b. We are not responsible for any losses, including costs, interest, damages or losses in any form or type whatsoever (including personal injury, emotional distress and loss of data, goods, income, profit, use or other economic benefits) that you or a third party may experience due to the fault of you or a third party other than us, including merchants and partners who provide top-up channels.
c. We are not responsible for any losses, including costs, interest, damages or losses in any form or type whatsoever (including personal injury, emotional distress and loss of data, goods, income, profit, use or other economic benefits) that occur due to system failures of Official Platform Partners, the legality of goods and/or services provided in Official Platform Partners, as well as the safety and security of your transactions that occur in Official Platform Partners.
d. We are only responsible for direct losses, namely the amount that should be paid, which arises or in connection with the use of your doomo account, which can be proven to have occurred due to our fault or our violation of these Terms. In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount of your last doomo balance in our system or Rp. 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah), whichever is lower.
16. Indemnification
By registering and using your doomo account and doomo services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our licensors, affiliates, and any of our employees, directors, officers, agents, and successors in interest, from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
a. Your breach of these Terms or any applicable laws and regulations, whether referenced or not referenced in these Terms;
b. Your breach of the rights of any third party in connection with doomo and/or doomo services;
c. Any use or misuse of doomo and/or doomo services by you or any other party using your account;
d. Any errors or omissions made by any party other than us, whether intentional or negligent; or
e. The blocking of your doomo account based on the matters set forth in these Terms.
This indemnification provision shall survive even after your doomo account is closed.
17. Issues and Complaints
a. We make our best effort to maintain system security, including the electronic recording of your transactions on our servers. Data, balances, and/or transaction history recorded in our system are considered final and binding for both us and you.
b. We implement reasonable security standards to protect your data while it is being transmitted, when it is stored, and when you use your doomo account and/or doomo services. However, we want to emphasize to you that no system is impenetrable and this can increase the risk to your information and use of your doomo account and/or doomo services. Therefore, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, you agree to release us from any claims arising from viruses, damage, disruptions, or other forms of system disruptions caused by parties other than us or unauthorized access by third parties with malicious intent. We urge you to notify us immediately if you experience any system disruptions as mentioned above so that we can try to fix them.
c. You agree not to damage, alter or modify the doomo system or attempt to damage, alter or modify it in any way.
d. We have the right to prohibit you from using the doomo service in the doomo application or any Official Platform Partner if you use it with an inadequate or unauthorized device or for purposes other than those for which the Doomo service is intended to be used.
e. We need you to understand that in the case of top-ups and/or transfers through third parties, including but not limited to Official Platform Partners, certain banks and/or any other channels, there is a possibility of system failures on the part of such third parties. We are not responsible for these problems.
f. If your mobile phone and/or other devices are lost, stolen and/or hacked, please notify us immediately via the email address registered with your doomo account or by calling doomo Customer Service. If transactions occur after your mobile phone and/or other devices are lost, stolen and/or hacked, but you have not notified us in this way, the payments made will be considered valid.

To respond to your questions or complaints, we will first verify your data. We have the right to refuse to process questions or complaints if your data does not match the data in our system.
We will review or verify your complaint and provide you with our response in accordance with the policies and procedures in effect at our Company after receiving a complete complaint from you.
18. Correction
a. In the event that our records show an error in a transaction, we may make a correction to your doomo balance. We will not make a correction to your doomo balance without evidence or a strong basis for believing that there was an error in the transaction. You can submit a request for a correction to us through the channels we provide. We will review and decide on a case-by-case basis.
b. In connection with the interest in correction as mentioned above, you hereby grant us irrevocable power to debit and/or credit your doomo balance. The power as referred to shall remain in effect and shall not terminate for any reason whatsoever, including for the reasons set out in Articles 1813, 1814, and 1816 of the Civil Code, unless you close your account.
19. Force Majeure
Our Services may be interrupted by certain events or circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications disruptions, government policies, and other matters beyond our control. You therefore agree to release us from any claims if we are unable to fulfill your instructions through your doomo account in whole or in part due to Force Majeure.
20. Language
These Terms are made in English and Indonesian language. In the event of inconsistency between the English language version and the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
21. Assignment
You warrant that your use of the doomo account is solely for your own personal use and benefit as the account holder in accordance with these Terms. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. If any other party uses your account and/or if any other party acts as a beneficial owner of your account other than you, you must report this to us. If you do not report the presence of another beneficial owner, you warrant that you are the sole beneficial owner of your account.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia as applicable to such matters on a case-by-case basis.
23. Changes
These Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, including any features or services offered within the doomo account, may be modified, added to, or changed from time to time based on our policies with prior notification through the application notification and other information media to you. If you wish to reject such modifications, variations and/or changes, you may terminate your access to doomo and/or our services by contacting doomo Customer Service.
Your use of doomo account and/or doomo services constitute Your approval to be subjected to (i) these Terms; (ii) the general terms and conditions for the use of doomo application; (iii) the specific terms and conditions that apply for each service feature available in domo application; (iv) the privacy policy; and (v) any prevailing laws and regulations.
